A Written Second Opinion on Your Payment Processing
Send one statement. We review your rates, fees, equipment, and setup—then give you an honest answer in writing: either a simpler setup we implement and support, or confirmation that your current setup is worth keeping. Free, no obligation.
We work best with businesses processing roughly $15,000 a month or more who want a dependable payment setup—not a complicated one.

How It Works
Three steps. Sixty seconds to start.
Answer four quick questions.
Tell us your monthly card volume, business type, current processor, and what prompted you to look. This helps determine whether the current review program fits your business before asking for anything else.
Send a recent statement.
Send one or two complete recent monthly merchant statements. Include every page. If direct file upload is unavailable, submit the form and you'll receive instructions for providing the statement.
Receive your written review.
The review explains the processing charges, calculates the effective rate, and provides the findings in writing.
Three possible outcomes
Your pricing holds up.
If your current pricing is competitive, the review will show the numbers supporting that conclusion.
Specific fee lines stand out.
The review will identify the relevant fee lines and explain what they represent.
A different pricing structure may be worth comparing.
If you request a proposal, iTrust Merchant will show its proposed pricing beside your current pricing in writing so you can compare them.
Our Promises
We don't ask you to trust us. We put it in writing.
Complete written pricing before you sign anything.
Before you sign, you receive written pricing that separates iTrust Merchant's charges from interchange, card-network fees, and other pass-through costs. Any change to iTrust Merchant's own charges will be disclosed in writing. Pass-through costs may change when the organizations that set them change them.
Your statement is used for the review you requested.
Your statement is used to prepare your written review. It is not sold or used for third-party marketing. If you request a processing proposal, it may also be used to prepare that proposal. It is sent to a processing partner only when you choose to submit an application. The Privacy Policy explains how statements are handled and deleted.
You receive the findings in writing either way.
Whether or not iTrust Merchant prepares a proposal, the written review is yours. If your current pricing is competitive, the review will say so.
A fast, direct answer about fit.
The review program is designed for a specific merchant profile. If your business falls outside that profile, we'll tell you upfront instead of putting you through an unnecessary sales process.
Who It's For
Is this review built for your business?
The current review program is designed for small and growing businesses that:
We'll tell you upfront when we're not the right fit.
Under $15,000 per month?
Our current statement-review program is designed for established businesses processing at least $15,000 per month. We'll tell you immediately if your business falls outside the program rather than putting you through an unnecessary sales process.
Need a complex POS system?
iTrust Merchant focuses on straightforward payment processing—not complex POS implementations. If your business requires a full restaurant POS with kitchen printers and multi-register management, a grocery or hospitality system, or any setup that involves extensive on-site installation, networking, or custom POS software, we're likely not the right fit and will tell you so upfront.
Only looking for the lowest advertised rate?
Someone will almost always advertise a lower introductory rate. iTrust Merchant focuses on clear written pricing and processing relationships intended to last, rather than participating in a continuous lowest-rate auction.
What we don't do
We don't quote a headline rate without showing the complete pricing context.
We don't describe equipment as free without disclosing any related terms.
We don't change iTrust Merchant's own charges without written notice.
We don't run a pressure-based follow-up call campaign after your review.
See What a Statement Review Produces

What Clients Say
"I've worked with Lindsey and iTrust Merchant across several of my businesses for over four years, and I can honestly say they've made a huge difference.
Before finding Lindsey, I struggled to find the right merchant processing solution. I had multiple merchant accounts unexpectedly closed, which caused major disruptions to my businesses.
Since working with Lindsey, everything changed. He took the time to understand my businesses, found the right processing solutions, and has continued to support me whenever I've needed help. Over the years, he's been responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly reliable.
Most importantly, I haven't had a single merchant account shut down since I started working with him.
I highly recommend Lindsey and iTrust Merchant to any business owner looking for a merchant processing partner who genuinely cares about their clients and provides long-term, dependable support."
