Service Providers
We may provide information to service providers that help us operate the website and conduct business activities. These may include website hosting, contact-form, inbox, email-delivery, customer-relationship-management, document-storage, cloud-service, and information-technology providers.
These providers may process information only as necessary to provide services to us or as otherwise permitted by their agreements and applicable law.
Payment-Processing Partners
We do not send your information or merchant statement to a payment-processing partner merely because you requested a statement review.
If you request a processing proposal, we may use the information you provided to prepare that proposal. Information may be provided to a payment-processing partner, underwriting provider, sponsor bank, or related service provider only when you voluntarily choose to submit a payment-processing application or otherwise authorize the next step.

4. Sale and Third-Party Marketing
We do not sell personal information.
We do not provide merchant statements or contact information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. We may use service providers to communicate with you about the statement review, proposal, application, or other interaction you requested.
5. Merchant Statement Handling
A merchant statement you provide is used to complete the review you requested.
If you request a processing proposal, the statement may also be used to prepare that proposal. The statement is provided to a processing partner only when you voluntarily choose to submit an application or otherwise authorize its use for that purpose. Access to merchant statements is limited to iTrust Merchant and service providers that need access to support the requested review, document storage, communication, or an authorized application. We retain merchant statements only for as long as reasonably necessary to complete the requested review, answer related questions, prepare a requested proposal, support an authorized application, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, protect against fraud, or comply with legal and contractual obligations. When a statement is no longer reasonably needed, we will delete it or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements and service-provider backup or retention processes.
